Looking at today, thinking about tomorrow, I started thinking about me here today, and when I am no longer here tomorrow. I contacted  MP Estate Planning. I started my Trust and LPA with MP  Estate Planning  spoke to Charles Quist who informed advised  me and  gave me time  as we discussed  all areas of my concerns after my passing and what happens especially to my bloodline. After months of reconsiderations  of MP Estate Planning cost, of should  I  or should I not proceed with putting things in order for my children, I called them back and the rest processes are now completed and  history. Initially, I  struggled  with what I needed to do to get the process started.   Charles put me to work with Melba Garner.  I had quite alot going on at the time   such as ill-health complications,  hospital appointments visits, admissions, immobile,  etc.  I worked very closely with Melba Garner who I felt was most patient, encouraging and reassuring me dealing with all the legal jargon.  It took me almost or if not more than  over a year to complete this documentation, Trusts/Witness signings and resignation processes. Every time I  got stock, or not coming forward with what I  am  meant to do,  Melba will contact me to gently remind me of why I am doing what I was doing, where we had reached, our following stages   Melba was always reassuring me that she is there and  ever ready to assist me in which ever way I  need or required supports.  Indeed, true to her words she kept her words. My documentations were completed on the summer months of  2025  but due to challenging  and lack of  understanding the legal jargon, I was feeling intimidated by technology, legal words, the weight of the work required,  I  even lost confidence to continue. Again  I  called  the office  Melba called  me back.  I honestly told her how I felt, how I really need someone to push me so  these registration done  and the fact that I am just stock for months now.  She called to to continue last week plus, I made excuses because the work was going to be done online. She called me back  today and we spent over 30 minutes online  Zoom and completed the over due registration. I  really appreciate  the teams support but most of all I  feel like  I would not have continued  and completed  this work without  Melba's consistently gently being there. I feel  I  now have a sister in Melba for the way she was able to relate with me  calmly, down to earth kind if a person, smiling  joking to relief my up tightness, motivating me  while we worked as equals to complete setting up my Estate Planning Management Trust.

I came across MPEP a few months ago and my experience with them to date has been first class. This relates to my initial conversations with Owen, my follow up dealings with Joe, my in person meeting with Mike for the read through of documents and my recent communication with Melba who stepped in to provide urgent assistance whilst Joe was away. MP Estate Planning UK have been helpful throughout this process, we opted for setting up a Trust, Will and LPA for both of us. Maya, Haydee & Charlie all supported us along the way-always available when we had any questions or uncertain how to complete certain aspects of the paperwork. One really good piece of advice we were given was not to over think the process. I have nothing but praise for MPEstate Planning and can highly recommend them. Their personal and professional approach to setting up my trust has been exemplary. Gareth & Joe assisted me through the initial stages, and Maya walked me through the final steps today. Being able to answer my questions in easy to understand, no jargon, plain language made the whole experience a pleasure. Maya was particularly helpful in explaining what happens next.
